In my defence, I’d add that I include these links partly because I want this blog to be an archive of all the stuff I write on the interwebs. (It appeals to my sense of orderliness.) As The Sharpener has a perfectly understandable policy of discouraging cross-posting, I link to my posts there just to keep that process sort of intact.

So, although I do agree with you to a degree, I’m afraid I’ll probably continue to link to any posts I write there.
